Shipping

Shipping is carried out via courier service, according to the terms agreed upon.

The delivery fee is 15 RON for rapid courier shipping. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) service!

You will receive all delivery details via email after placing your order.

Important: Orders over 350 RON benefit from free shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return ordered products in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product received: If you received a different item than the one ordered, please notify us as soon as possible so the item can be returned and replaced. Shipping costs (both ways) will be covered by OPREAN DELIA II.
  • Damaged products: If the product shows visible damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please contact us immediately so we can send a replacement. In this case, delivery time will be extended to cover the replacement process.

If the returned products show signs of wear or damage (e.g. dirt, scratches, cuts, cracks, missing parts), OPREAN DELIA II reserves the right to either reject the return or request a fee to cover repair or replacement costs. If the client requests reshipment, they will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong.

We do not accept returns of unsealed products. Items must be returned in their original, sealed condition as delivered.

The return request will be resolved within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the products.
