The website www.mainilemamei.ro and its entire content are the exclusive property of Oprean Delia II, located in Constanța, str. Fundătura 1 Mai, no. 18, registered with the Trade Registry under no. F13/136/2016, unique registration code 35746101.
No part of this site may be reproduced, in whole or in part, without the express consent of Oprean Delia II.
These terms represent a contract between the user of www.mainilemamei.ro and Oprean Delia II, governing both the use of the website and the purchase of products and services sold through the site.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Site – the website www.mainilemamei.ro through which products are offered and sold.
- User – any individual or legal entity accessing the site, regardless of purpose.
- Client – any individual or legal entity who places an order via the site.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- By using this site or placing an order, the user implicitly agrees to these terms and conditions. Acceptance constitutes a legal agreement between the User and Oprean Delia II.
- If the User does not agree to the terms, they must cease using the website.
- Oprean Delia II reserves the right to modify these terms, as well as the structure or content of www.mainilemamei.ro, without prior notice.
- Oprean Delia II reserves the right to refuse collaboration with clients who have previously refused deliveries or failed to pay for delivered products.
- Placing an order through the website constitutes acceptance of these terms and the conclusion of a binding agreement.
3. COPYRIGHT
- The design and content of www.mainilemamei.ro, including texts, images, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Oprean Delia II.
- Reproduction of the website's content is permitted only with the express consent of Oprean Delia II.
4. WEBSITE USAGE
- Oprean Delia II is not responsible for the User’s ability to access or use the site, nor for any errors made by the User during navigation.
- Oprean Delia II does not guarantee that the site is immune from malware that could cause malfunctions or data loss.
5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED ON THE SITE

- Through the quality of our products and services, we constantly aim to achieve customer satisfaction and business performance. All products are internationally certified.
- Ordering and purchasing products are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, along with the provisions of this contract.
- Information published on www.mainilemamei.ro is general and advisory in nature. It does not constitute recommendations, guarantees, or commitments from Oprean Delia II.
- Any discrepancies or errors in the website content do not entail any liability on the part of Oprean Delia II.
6. SALES CONTRACT
- Any order placed on www.mainilemamei.ro or by phone is considered an intent by the User to purchase a product.
- Order confirmation is sent via an automatic email. From the moment the online order is placed, this contract becomes effective.
- All products listed on www.mainilemamei.ro are subject to stock availability and may include specific payment procedures, cancellation and return conditions, or other restrictions.
- For “Promotional” products, orders are subject to current stock availability and will only be confirmed after verification.
- The User/Client must carefully read all conditions applicable to special offers. For clarification, the User/Client should contact Oprean Delia II directly.
7. PRICES AND COSTS
- Prices published on www.mainilemamei.ro are expressed in RON and are valid as of the publication date, for the specified periods.
- The displayed price includes VAT.
- Prices do not include delivery fees. Shipping costs are borne separately by the User/Client.
- Delivery is done through express courier services. Transport costs are displayed at checkout.
- All products sold on www.mainilemamei.ro are new, handmade in clean environments, and will be delivered with an invoice and, if applicable, usage instructions.
8. INVOICE AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS
- Based on the confirmed order placed by the User/Client, Oprean Delia II will issue a fiscal invoice for the ordered products.
- The parcel will include all legally required documents corresponding to the product(s) ordered, as applicable.
9. PAYMENT PROCEDURE
- Payment for ordered products or services can only be made online through the Stripe payment processor.
- By completing the final step of the ordering process and submitting it, you agree to the total amount due. An automatic confirmation email will be sent listing the purchased products.
- No other payment methods are available through the site.
11. RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oprean Delia II is responsible for the proper packaging and delivery of the ordered product(s).
- The risk of loss for the ordered product(s) is transferred to the Client at the moment the goods are physically handed over.
12. PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE
- Upon delivery by the courier, the Client is obliged to sign the receipt form. Afterwards, the Client must open the package and verify the product(s).
- The Client has the right to reject the delivered products if they do not conform to the order specifications. In such cases, Oprean Delia II will ensure that the products are brought into conformity.
- The Client (if a natural person) also has the right to return the ordered product(s) within 14 days from the purchase, in accordance with the general return policy.
13. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
- The Client becomes the legal owner of the products only after payment confirmation.
14. RETURN POLICY
Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered: If the Client receives a different product than ordered, they must notify us as soon as possible. The incorrect product will be returned and replaced with the correct one. In this case, Oprean Delia II will cover both shipping costs (return and replacement).
- Visible damage: If the products show visible damage upon delivery, the Client has the right to refuse the package and must notify Oprean Delia II immediately. A replacement will be sent, and the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
- Unilateral contract termination: In accordance with Government Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, the Client (if a natural person) has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product(s), without penalties or explanation.
The return is valid only for purchases made on www.mainilemamei.ro. Returned products must be in their original condition, packaging intact, with all labels, accessories, and documents. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, and refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
If the returned product(s) are damaged (dirty, scratched, cracked, chipped, missing parts), Oprean Delia II reserves the right to deduct repair or replacement costs, or refuse the return if the item cannot be restored.
If the Client requests the returned product(s) to be shipped back again, the delivery costs will be covered by the Client.
Oprean Delia II does not accept the return of products whose packaging has been opened or unsealed. Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
The return request will be processed within 30 days of submission. The following documents must be attached:
- Completed return request form, including full name and reason for return
- Original invoice
- Warranty certificate and/or conformity certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of the ID matching the name on the invoice
15. COMPLAINTS AND DISSATISFACTION
If the Client has any complaints or needs clarifications regarding the product(s) ordered from www.mainilemamei.ro, they may request technical support using the contact methods provided on the site.
When submitting requests to Oprean Delia II, the Client is asked to provide detailed information, including:
- Full name
- Order date
- Product category
- Delivery date and method
- Details about the encountered issue
All complaints about products sold by Oprean Delia II must be submitted in writing via email within 5 days of receiving the product(s).
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Oprean Delia II is not responsible for inconveniences caused by unforeseeable, uncontrollable, and unavoidable force majeure events that affect contractual relations between parties.
Oprean Delia II is not liable for non-performance or defective performance caused by third parties outside the contractual relationship.
If a force majeure event occurs, both parties are exempt from liability during the event.
The party invoking force majeure must notify the other party within 5 days after the force majeure situation ends, otherwise, the contract will resume its effects.
